Costs

Shipping Cost for ALL USA orders: $9.99 (Shipping Time Frames Vary)
Standard Shipping is 3 to14 Business Days excluding ALL National Holidays.

 

Shipping Cost for ALL orders outside the USA: $24.99 (Shipping Time Frames Vary)
Standard Shipping is 7 to 21 Business Days excluding ALL National Holidays.

 

Shipment Status Definitions

​

Cancelled: The order was canceled by the Supplier.

Completed: The order was delivered to the end customer.

Frozen: A refund request was submitted on the order.

In Transit: The order has been shipped and the tracking number has been entered.

Payment Pending: The order is awaiting payment from the retailer. Once the order has been
funded, cancellations are not guaranteed but a cancellation request may be submitted
Pending: The order is under fraud review and is awaiting review from our RISK team

Refunded: KARMA Life Collection accepted the refund request and refunded the order. The supplier ships based on business days which can affect the expected ship-by date.
Unshipped: The order was sent to the supplier and is awaiting shipment.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Most of our suppliers also do not ship on holidays and weekends. If your order is past the expected ship-by date, please send an email to our service team at support@karmalifecollection.com and we can reach out to the supplier for you for an update on your order. Shipping and tracking information will be available after your order has been shipped and will be emailed to you after it has been received.

*While we have a few select products that do ship to other countries, most of our products currently only ship within the lower 48 continental United States. Shipping times vary depending on the product that is purchased and where it is being shipped to.
