  • Why hasn't my order shipped?
    The supplier ships based off of business days which can affect the expected "ship by" date. Most of our suppliers also do not ship on holidays and weekends. If your order is past the expected "ship by" date please contact our customer service team and we can reach out to the supplier for you for an update on the order.
  • When will my product be shipped?
    Shipping times depend on the supplier. All of our suppliers ship their own products, as we do not have a warehouse. On each item, we've listed the supplier's handling time.
  • How can I track my order?
    Shipping and tracking information will be available after your order has been shipped.
  • Requesting a Cancellation on an Unshipped Order
    Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been sent to the supplier, but you can send a cancellation request to the supplier for them to review. If they are able to cancel, then they will. If they have already processed your order & prepared it for shipping, then they will deny the request.
  • Submitting a Refund Request
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, a refund request will need to be made to the supplier. Simply send us an email to support@karmalifecollection.com.
  • Payment Failure
    If your payment fails via credit card: 1. Use another card and try again 2. Change payment method 3. Contact us for further help If your payment fails via bank transfer: 1. Check your payment information 2. Use a card instead and try again 3. Contact us for further help
  • Requesting a Cancellation on an Unshipped Order
    Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been sent to the supplier, but you can send a cancellation request to the supplier for them to review. If they are able to cancel, then they will. If they have already processed your order & prepared it for shipping, then they will deny the request.
  • Order in Frozen Status
    If the status of your order is in a frozen state, that means that a refund or cancellation is pending on the supplier's end. If the status does not change within a few days, please feel free to contact our support team for further help on your order at support@karmalifecollection.com.
