Refund Policy
Step 1: You can request a return in the “purchase orders” option and click the “request return” button.

Step 2: There are two refund types “refund without return” and “refund after return”. If you don’t receive the package, choose “refund without return”. If you received the package, choose “refund after return” first, and whether you need to return the products depends on the supplier.

Step 3: We have 6 kinds of refund reasons to choose from. If something is wrong with the product you received, you will need to provide the pictures. After the supplier receives your refund request, they will handle it ASAP. You will need to submit:

Picture of the outer box (especially the broken part of the outer box).

Picture of the inner package (especially the broken part of the inner package).

Picture of the shipping label (shipping label stuck to the outer box).
